01. Product Introduction

Wanshihengtong ball mill is a professional heavy-duty grinding machine designed for mineral processing, industrial grinding and material fine crushing. As the core equipment in the secondary crushing and fine grinding stage, it is widely used for processing gold ore, copper ore, iron ore, manganese ore, lead-zinc ore, quartz sand, feldspar and other metallic and non-metallic minerals.

Our mining ball mill supports both wet grinding and dry grinding modes, meeting different beneficiation and material processing requirements. With optimized cylinder structure, high-quality wear-resistant lining plates and large-capacity grinding media, the machine realizes uniform particle grinding, fine discharging fineness and stable continuous operation. It perfectly cooperates with spiral classifiers, flotation machines, shaking tables and centrifugal concentrators to form a complete closed-circuit grinding and beneficiation production line.

Wanshihengtong provides full-series ball mill models from small laboratory type to large industrial overflow type, covering 0.5t/h to 100t/h processing capacity. Suitable for small mining test, medium-scale concentrator and large industrial mineral processing projects, it has become the preferred grinding equipment for global mine investors due to energy saving, high efficiency and low failure rate.

02. Core Performance Features

Energy-Saving & High Grinding Efficiency

Optimized rotary speed and professional grinding media grading design greatly improve grinding efficiency. Compared with traditional ball mills, it reduces power consumption by 15%-20%, effectively lowering long-term operating costs for mining plants.

Wear-Resistant & Durable Structure

The cylinder adopts thickened steel plate integral welding. The inner lining plate is made of high manganese steel or rubber wear-resistant material, which resists strong impact and friction of ore and steel balls. It extends equipment service life and reduces frequent replacement of vulnerable parts.

Dual Working Modes: Wet & Dry Grinding

Flexible switching between wet grinding and dry grinding. Wet grinding is suitable for most mineral beneficiation projects with high grinding fineness and no dust pollution; dry grinding is applied for quartz, building materials and special mineral materials requiring zero moisture.

Uniform Discharging Fineness & Adjustable Particle Size

By adjusting the proportion of grinding media, rotating speed and classifier matching state, the discharging fineness can be freely controlled. The finished powder has uniform particle size and no over-grinding phenomenon, greatly improving subsequent mineral separation and recovery rate.

Stable Operation & Low Failure Rate

Adopts large-scale rolling bearing transmission, with smooth operation, low vibration and low noise. The sealed structure effectively prevents dust leakage, meeting environmental protection production standards. The whole machine has simple transmission structure and stable performance, suitable for long-term 24-hour continuous heavy-duty operation.

Strong Compatibility & Wide Application

It can form closed-circuit grinding system with spiral classifier, or cooperate with flotation machine, magnetic separator and shaking table to complete full-process mineral beneficiation. It supports customized voltage, fineness and capacity according to customer site conditions.

03. Working Principle

The Wanshihengtong ball mill drives the cylinder to rotate stably through the transmission motor and reducer. When the cylinder rotates, the built-in steel balls, steel forgings and mineral materials are lifted to a certain height with the lining plate, and then fall down freely under gravity.

Materials are continuously impacted, squeezed and ground by grinding media in the cylinder to realize fine crushing and ultrafine powdering. After grinding, the qualified fine powder is discharged through the discharging port, and the unqualified coarse materials are returned to the ball mill again through the spiral classifier for re-grinding, forming an efficient closed-circuit circulating grinding system, which greatly improves grinding quality and production capacity.
